P4G Approach to Privacy

P4G values privacy. We aim to minimise information collection to avoid the need for privacy management systems where possible.

  • P4G Fire and Wind Apps do NOT collect personally identifiable information. Refer to the Fire and Wind App Privacy Policy below for details about what information is collected, how it is used and your control over the data.

  • P4G Education Apps require storage of some user identification information. Refer to  the Education App Privacy Policy below for details about what information is collected, where it is stored, how it is used and your control over the data.

 

 

Fire and Wind App Privacy Policy

P4G values your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect about you and why, what we may do with that information and how we handle it. It applies to the iOS and Android Fire apps. By using these apps, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

What information do you collect about me?

If you choose to add a watch zone in a fire app, we store:

  • The location entered for the watch zone (this may or may not be your current location)

  • The name of the watch zone

  • The push token Apple or Google provides us in order to deliver those push notifications to your device.

Why do you collect information about me?

To enable us to send you a notification based on the location of your watch zone.

Will you share my information?

No.

How is my data stored?

The data collected pursuant to this Privacy Policy will be securely stored on our servers. We use a variety of technologies to encrypt and secure your information to prevent access by unauthorised parties.

Can I delete my information?

Yes. You can delete your watch zone via the app.

Can I have a copy of my information?

Yes. You can request a copy of the data we have stored about you by contacting us via email.

Education App Privacy Policy

P4G values your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect about you and why, what we may do with that information and how we handle it. It applies to the Speak Up App on any browser and operating under Microsoft or Google logon security. By using this app, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

What information do you collect about me?

If you choose to become a registered user and create a logon, we store:

  • Your email address

  • The push token Microsoft or Google provides us in order to verify your credentials.

Why do you collect information about me?

To allow you to log on.

To allow a student to see their own work and performance.

To allow matching with school class data so a teacher can see data for students in their classes

​

Will you share my information?

The information of a student is visible to themself, to their teacher and to the Speak Up Administrators. No sharing of information occurs outside the designated functionality of the App.

How and where is my data stored?

The data collected pursuant to this Privacy Policy will be securely stored on our servers. We use a variety of technologies to encrypt and secure your information to prevent access by unauthorised parties. The servers are located in Sydney, Australia.

Yes. You can contact Speak Up Administrators and request deletion of your information.
